Eligibility and Age Requirement
The minimum age to open an account and use any service on the mcw55 platform is 21 years. If anyone below this age registers or uses the service, their account will be immediately cancelled and all related transactions will be put on hold.
mcw55 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Creating an account on behalf of a minor or granting them access to the platform is strictly prohibited.
1.1 Membership Conditions
To register, an applicant must meet the following conditions:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
- A person may open only one account.
- Registration must be done under your own name and using your own identification.
1.2 Geographic Restrictions
mcw55 may not be able to provide services to users from certain countries or regions. This is determined at the platform's sole discretion and may change without prior notice.
Account Registration
When registering at mcw55, members must provide their correct name, mobile number, email address and any other required information. Providing any false information will be considered a breach of the terms and may result in account cancellation.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
After registration or before a withdrawal, mcw55 may ask a member to complete identity verification. This process may require submitting a government-issued ID (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of address.
- Some services may be temporarily restricted until verification is completed.
- Documents submitted must be certified and up to date.
- mcw55 may request additional documents if needed.
2.2 Account Security
It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
Running multiple accounts from the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
Deposits and Withdrawals
mcw55 provides Bangladeshi members with deposit and withdrawal options via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
3.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
- Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
- Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
- Once a deposit is successful, mcw55 will credit it to the account.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed.
- mcw55 reserves the right to review suspicious withdrawal requests.
3.3 Bank Transfer
For bank transfers, transactions can be made through major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The member is solely responsible for providing the correct account number and routing details.
Bonuses and Promotions
mcw55 runs various types of bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which members must read carefully before claiming.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000 — to withdraw this bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount, i.e. ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.
Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Bonus balance is not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus applies to one account only and can be claimed once.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same household, the same device or the same IP address.
- mcw55 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
- If bonus abuse is found, the account may be cancelled.
- Once a promotion expires, the associated bonus is automatically cancelled.
4.3 VIP Cashback
Weekly cashback is provided under the mcw55 VIP programme. It is a set percentage of net losses (total losses minus total winnings) — up to 0.2% at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.
Betting and Gaming Rules
mcw55 offers various gaming services including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and card games. Specific rules apply to each category.
5.1 Rules for Placing Bets
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- mcw55 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed due to a technical error.
- Live betting rules apply separately after an event has started.
- If incorrect odds are displayed, mcw55 may correct them and cancel the related bets.
5.2 Results and Payout
In sports betting, payouts are made after results are confirmed from official sources. If the official result changes, mcw55 will recalculate accordingly.
5.3 Casino Game Provisions
Each live casino and slot game has its own defined RTP and payout. Game outcomes are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), so results are not predetermined.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the integrity and fairness of the mcw55 platform:
6.1 Cheating and Fraud
- Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
- Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
- Running multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
- Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
6.2 Unlawful Activities
- Using the platform for money laundering or to legitimise illegal funds.
- Placing bets or conducting transactions using a third party's account.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
Violating any of these rules will result in immediate account cancellation, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure
mcw55 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time and for any reason without prior notice. This action is typically taken in the following situations:
- Breach of terms and conditions.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Failure to pass age verification.
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
- At the member's own request.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
If a member wishes to close their account, they must contact the support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure — it may not be possible to return a balance after the account is closed.
7.2 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive and mcw55 may take appropriate action. The member will be informed in advance of the provisions that apply to the balance of an inactive account.
Limitation of Liability
mcw55 provides its platform on an as-is basis and accepts no liability for compensation due to any technical interruption or fault.
8.1 Technical Disruptions
mcw55 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by loss of internet connection, server issues, interruptions to third-party services or any other technical reason.
8.2 Responsibility for Betting Decisions
Every betting decision is the member's own. mcw55 is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or any financial loss. Information and statistics provided on the platform are for informational purposes only — they are not betting advice.
8.3 Third-Party Services
Payment processors and game providers are independent third parties. mcw55 does not bear direct liability for any issues with their services, but will try to assist in resolving problems.
